Francisco joined InverActiva as a Legal Director in October 2020. His task is to legally supervise all transactions carried out in the different investment vehicles, both civil and commercial aspects and procedural aspects, as well as providing legal advice in any matters that require it. He is also responsible for the bankruptcy and NPL business line.

He has been linked to Banco Popular practically all his professional career as a lawyer in the Catalonia Office's Legal Services. He has extensive experience in litigation, bankruptcy and property law. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and has a Master's Degree in Legal Practice from the Barcelona Bar Association.
